Bold culinary systems for modern kitchens
We design seasonal menus, consult on efficient kitchen setups, and craft signature dishes that scale from studio dinners to boutique restaurants — with a startup mindset and chef-level care.

Craft, process, and innovation
Kitchen Craft blends culinary tradition with product thinking: prototyping recipes, standardizing plating, and mapping workflows so kitchens run cleaner and faster without losing character.
is a company officially registered in and operates under the laws of and the regulations of the European Union. Our studio started as a test kitchen for three chefs and a designer; today we advise hospitality brands on menu systems and small-batch production.
We focus on systems that are repeatable and beautiful: ingredient kits, plating diagrams, tasting notes, and staff training that respect craft while enabling scale. Every package is offered as consultation tiers so you choose depth over a one-size promise.

Before — inconsistent execution
Menus change nightly, plating varies by cook, and costs drift. Teams struggle to reproduce a signature plate reliably under service pressure.

After — systemized craft
We deliver standardized recipes, portion cards, and a short training module — so the same dish reads identically across cooks and shifts, improving margins and guest experience.

A case-study arc: the pop-up that became a system
Challenge
We were asked to turn a weekend pop-up into a repeatable ten-seat tasting that could travel. The problem: recipes relied on a single cook's intuition and lacked documentation.
Approach
Over three weeks we ran iterative services, photographed steps, measured yields, and built a toolkit: scaled recipes, mise-en-place sheets, plating guides, and a micro-training video for line cooks.
Result
The pop-up converted into a touring format with identical guest feedback across three cities. Food cost stabilized and the host trained two new cooks who matched the original execution within two services.

"They turned our chaotic menu into a reliable guest experience. The training materials are precise and beautiful — we scaled without losing soul." — L. Martin, Restaurant Owner
"Consultation tiers let us choose a light audit first; months later we engaged for full systems. Practical, direct, and surprisingly creative." — R. Huang, Chef-Partner

We design short workshops and practical materials so your cooks can adopt the system quickly.
Are recipes proprietary?
Recipes and documentation created for a client belong to that client; we license templates for reuse across projects.
